I was born in Fairbanks, Alaska. Then at the age of 4 my parents moved us to Anchor Point to avoid my growing up in a big city! I was fortunate enough to have an amazing education at Chapman Elementary and then Homer High School. During those years and while attending college in San Francisco, I worked with my father as one of the first female halibut charter boat deckhands. That job taught me customer service, the gift of gab and a serious work ethic.

 

I decided to pursue real estate as a career in Portland Oregon in 2001 after purchasing my first home with my partner. It was during this transaction I discovered not everyone had enthusiasm towards the process and I wanted to make a difference. Whether you are a first time home buyer or a well practiced property investor, everyone deserves an agent that is excited about your sale or purchase! I continued to sell real estate all over the Portland area until 2018 when the decision to move back to Alaska was made.

 

I am happy to have settled back into Alaskan life hunting, fishing, canning seafood and vegetables to share with family and friends. I always considered Alaska home and am thrilled to be back. I have spent the past 4 summers working at The Better Sweater chatting up tourists and locals alike. My friends and family are who pushed my to get back into real estate to share my special enthusiasm and drive towards your buying and selling needs.
