Best Household Apps

“There’s an app for that.” – The answer to almost anything you want to do. Budget, plan, track, and schedule – do you know about these apps that could drastically improve your day to day organization?

SavingStar - SavingStar is an E-coupon app that gives you coupons for stuff you need and want at your go-to grocery and drug stores. You will pay the normal price in store but that amount of savings will be added to your account in the app. Once you reach $5 you can choose to put that money into your bank or redeem it for an Amazon card. This is the electronic version of a savings jar! Just make sure you aren’t using it to buy stuff you don’t need, you won’t save any money then – just end up spending more!

Key Ring - If you are a reward card collector, Key Ring will be your new best friend. This app stores all of your rewards information and lets you scan your phone in the store instead of carrying around all your rewards cards. Gym memberships can also be put on this app (no more losing your membership card!)

Grocery iQ  - Make your grocery list and know the total costs before you even leave for the store! Grocery iQ allows you to create a grocery list and see updated coupons for all items.

Remember the Milk – Because everyone has forgotten it once or twice… Your to-do list will get completed with Remember the Milk, which lets you organize your tasks by day, priority, type (work, home, kids) and more. Find yourself in town with half an hour to kill? Look up your to-dos by proximity to where you are (via GPS) and check them all off your list. It also offers the option to send yourself reminders by email, text message or instant messenger, and integrates with your Google Calendar and Siri on your iPhone.
